The KAAR office will be closed in observation of the holidays 12/24 - 12/26 and will reopen for normal office hours on Thursday, 12/27.  If you need immediate assistance during this time, try reaching out to the staff via email.

Less than a month left!  The National Association of REALTORS® latest Ethics Requirement Cycle begins on January 1, 2017, and has switched from a four year to a two year cycle. REALTORS® are required to complete a minimum of 2.5 hours of the Code of Ethics training, and December, 31 2018 is the deadline for the current cycle.  Have you taken your Code of Ethics course?

KAAR has been made aware of a safety situation during a recent open house in Blount County.  A member was confronted by a gentleman who has a criminal record and is listed as a registered sex offender made several inappropriate comments and remarks to her.  The Blount County Sheriff's office was alerted to this, but we urge our members to extremely cautious during open houses, as well as meeting clients outside of the office. ...
