The Board of Directors approved a new constraint regarding commercial properties in Flexmls based on recommendations by separate Commercial and Residential MLS Committees. Beginning January 1, 2020, any commercial properties over $150,000 must be listed in the Commercial MLS, KAARCIE, and cannot be entered into Flexmls.
