Harold Reed with Century 21 Select Properties passed away on Monday, June 29. Survived by his wife, Alice. He was a KAAR Director and beloved instructor. The CFPB is proposing a delay until Oct. 1, for implementing the new Truth in Lending Act and Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act Integrated Disclosure.
