Lockbox Key Penalties

The MLS Committee has formed the following penalties for loaning the Supra Lockbox Key:

In the case of a key malfunction (not including the failure to esync, update, or charge), an agent or Broker is allowed to loan their key to an agent within their own office, if those agents have signed a Master Key Custody Agreement and is current on all dues and fees and in good standing with the MLS, for a period not to exceed 48 hours. A "Supra Key Incident Report" must to be sent to the Association immediately.

Agent/Broker to an Agent/Broker not in good standing:

1st Offense - $100 fine and loss of Key for 30 days
2nd Offense - $100 fine and loss of Key for 90 days
3rd Offense - Loss of Key for one year and $500.00 fine upon reinstatement of Key.

Agent to Customer or Unlicensed person:

1st Offense - $500 fine and loss of key for 90 days
2nd Offense - $500 fine and loss of key for One year
3rd Offense - Permanent Loss of Key
