Marité Pérez is a mortgage loan officer for First Community Mortgage. Representing the Knoxville branch and its Multi-Cultural Lending Initiative, Marité serves the fast-growing Latino demographic in sustainable home ownership. She is also a founder, and chapter president of NAHREP- National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professional further addressing the gaps in business services geared towards the Latino/Hispanic population.  As of December 2020, Marité led as the President of the Board of Directors of Centro Hispano de East TN for two terms and now continues as a member of the board.   She is also currently appointed by the DOE to serve a second term as a Citizen Member of Oak Ridge Site Specific Advisory Board. Most recently, in April 2021, Marité joined Knoxville’s LGBTQ + Real Estate Alliance as Treasurer of the Board of Directors.  Marité Pérez is a passionate and dedicated servant leader who strives to find more opportunities to help organizations and the community in advocacy, environment, and financial education.
