Be Sure to set your printer for Legal Paper to print the listing forms.  Also on your printer screen, set to "fit the page" or "shrink oversize pages  to paper size".

*The MLS Committee voted  that beginning January 2004, the hard copy of the listing form and changes no longer need to be mailed to the Association. However, your office must retain copies as posted under the Records Retention article on the Association’s website: http://kaarmls.com/RecordsRetention.htm 
The MLS retains the right to demand a copy of a listing agreement to be produced when requested.
You will still need to fax the pink slip for listing extensions and listings to be placed Back on Market to the Association.
