FILING BOTH AN ETHICS COMPLAINT AND AN ARBITRATION REQUEST

Preparing Both an Ethics Complaint and an Arbitration Request

· Follow the steps for filing and preparing each as listed above

Review of Both an Ethics Complaint and an Arbitration Request by The Association

· The same process and procedures will be followed for each as stated above

Review of Both an Ethics Complaint and an Arbitration Request by the Grievance Committee

· The same process and procedures for each will be followed as stated above

· Ethics Complaints and Arbitration Requested will be separated and considered separately

· If both are forwarded to Hearings the Arbitration will be conducted first
