New Member Information

• New ruling regarding Orientation!

Anyone who wants to attend orientation must pay the fees and complete the application and submit it to the Association by THURSDAY OF THE WEEK PRIOR to the first day of class.

• If you do not have your license number issued, you may still attend class, however you must have already passed the test and submitted your application to the TREC, pay the Association fees and complete the KAAR application and submit it to the Association by THURSDAY OF THE WEEK PRIOR to the first day of class. You will not be added to the MLS or be entered into the membership database until you have your license number so you need to be sure to contact us and give us your number as soon as you get it.

Anyone who does not have an ACTIVE license will NOT receive continuing education credit for the Orientation Class. Must also complete the  New Member Unlicensed Affidavit (11.05 kB) to submit with application.

• REINSTATEMENT - An applicant, who has not been a member of the Association for one year or more, shall be required to pay the application fee, update the membership application, pay the current prescribed dues and complete the New Member Orientation Program.

Agents licensed in the following months will pay the proration listed below. This does include residential MLS participation.
