7- HOUR NATIONAL USPAP 2008 UPDATE COURSE

The Knoxville Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers will be offering the 7 hour National Uniform Standards Of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) Update course, copyrighted by The Appraisal Foundation, at the offices of the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors, located at 609 Weisgarber Road, Knoxville, TN on Thursday, May 13, 2008. 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; including a 1 hour lunch break.

This 7-hour update seminar covers critical changes and revisions to USPAP that significantly impact every practicing appraiser and lending officer. It is designed to aid appraisers in all areas of appraisal practice, who are seeking updated competency in USPAP and will be concentrating on recent changes and updates.

The instructor for this course is William P. (Bill) Wilson, ASA, CRP, CG-02. Mr. Wilson has extensive commercial and residential appraisal experience. He has been certified by The Appraisal Foundations as a USPAP instructor. He is the past Chairman of the Real Property Committee of the American Society of Appraisers and previously served on the Tennessee Real Estate Appraisers Commission for six years.

Save $20 by bringing your copy of 2008-09 USPAP. If you already have a copy of the 2008 USPAP you may reduce the fee by $20. Please note on your registration form that you do not need the 08 manual. Must bring to class.
