MLS POLICY FOR
ADMINSITRATIVE MEMBERSHIP
FOR UNLICENSED ASSISTANTS AND SECRETARIES
An Access Code to the RealFocus MLS System for an unlicensed assistant or secretary
employed by an MLS Participant or by an MLS Participant’s licensed Designee will be granted upon application by the
Participant, and
provided the unlicensed assistant or secretary is working under Policy
93-CPS-001 of the Tennessee Real Estate Commission, and provided further that the unlicensed
assistant or secretary is under the direct supervision of the
MLS Participant. The MLS Participant is ultimately responsible and
accountable for each unlicensed assistant or secretary with access to the RealFocus MLS System under Section 7.1
of the MLS Rules and Regulations. The Participant will be charged a $10 monthly
Access Fee for each unlicensed assistant or secretary with an Access Code.
