INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICATION OF AFFILIATE MLS KEY MEMBER

To qualify for participation, the Affiliate Company and their individual personnel must be licensed and/or certified by the State of Tennessee as either a: Home Inspector or Pest Control Inspector.

The Affiliate Company and all licensed and/or certified personnel must be an Affiliate Member of the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS® in order to apply for Affiliate MLS Key Membership. Affiliate Application Fee Schedule

An Affiliate Company must have a Designated Affiliate MLS Key Member. Designated Affiliate MLS Key Application

The Affiliate Company’s Designated Affiliate MLS Key Member must:

1. Complete the Designated Affiliate MLS Key Membership Application process, provide proof of license or certification and pay the annual Affiliate MLS Key Membership Fee of $120.00 ( to be prorated on a monthly Basis); Fee Schedule

2. List with the MLS all Licensees affiliated with the Company; Certification Form

3. Be responsible for the completion of the Affiliate MLS Key Membership Application process by each Licensee affiliated with the Company, provide proof of license or certification of all Licensees and the payment of the annual Affiliate MLS Key Membership Fee of $120.00 ( to be prorated on a monthly Basis); Affiliate MLS Application Form

4. Sign the MLS Affiliate Master Key Custody Agreement Application for each Licensee, pay the required deposit and annual fee for the assigned MLS Lockbox Key Pad; key cannot be shared. (The Master Key Custody Agreement is a three part form and must be picked up at the Association office they cannot be faxed or mailed)

5. Be responsible for each affiliated Licensee signing the MLS Affiliate Master Key Custody Agreement Application and paying the required deposit and annual fee for their assigned MLS Lockbox Key Pad; The current Affiliate Lockbox Keypad Holder application Deposit is $100.00, the annual key fee to Supra Products is a prorated amount. 6. Be responsible for all MLS Lockbox Keypads assigned to the Company’s affiliated Licensees;

7. Be responsible to collect the MLS Lockbox Keypad from a Licensee and return it to the MLS when that Licensee leaves the company;

8. Adhere to all MLS Rules and Regulations;

9. Be responsible for the adherence to all MLS Rules and Regulations by all Licensees affiliated with the Company.
