Harold Reed

Hello Association Member,

My name is Harold Reed and I am asking for your consideration, support and vote as one of the 2010 Directors for our Knoxville Area Association of Realtors.

My activities at the Association have included membership on the Technology Committee, the Rising Star Committee and currently serving on the Grievance Committee. In 2008, I was chosen to be one of the local Knoxville Real Estate Brokers for the Selective Process of TAR Leadership; I completed the TAR Leadership program in 2009.

During my real estate practice I have received the following real estate designations:

ABR, AHS, CNE, CNHS, GRI, e-PRO, RFC, SRES, TRC and CRS.

As a practicing Real Estate Broker, Certified TAR Core Course Instructor and Licensed Master Auctioneer; I have also achieved the following specialist auction designations; AARE ( Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate), CES, (Certified Estate Specialist) and the award of CAI (Certified Auctioneer Institute), the three year management program held at Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana.

Charitable work activities include time with the Shriners’ Hospitals for crippled children and burn victims. Charity auctions have included the Knoxville Area Rescue Ministries; Volunteer Ministries, Dr. Robert F. Thomas Medical Foundation and St. Jude Children Research Hospital. In the most recent past, I have been Club Chapter President of two local Toastmasters International Clubs, Vice President of Public Relations for a third club, was an Area Governor and now serving as a Divisional Governor for Toastmasters.
