Benefits of Affiliate Membership

♦ No doubt the first and foremost benefit of membership is your ability to network with the REALTORS® who either use your services personally, or refer their clients and customers to you!

♦ Many members of the public check our KAAR website to find services related to the real estate transaction. Your name and company name would be listed under the appropriate service area on our site under the tab “Membership Roster,” then Affiliates, and then under the category of service offered.

♦ Only our Affiliate Members are allowed to sponsor educational offerings at the KAAR Training Center. This involves bringing in either the breakfast or afternoon snacks and drinks for an education session. You get a 10-minute infomercial, can hand out any literature about you and your firm/service, and remain for the class to continue networking at break. Some Affiliate Members bring door prizes to be given out at the end of the class, but this is certainly optional.

♦ Our Affiliate Members are included in all emails that pertain to upcoming social events the KAAR is holding.

♦ Our Affiliate Members receive advance registration time for our annual KAAR Trade Show before it is opened up to the general community.

♦ We encourage our Affiliate Members to participate on the KAAR Committees in which they have a strong interest. This provides for additional networking activities. (The Professional Standards, Arbitration, Grievance, MLS and Budget & Finance Committees are REALTOR® only committees.)
